80 entries are attached to 80 butterflies on a mobile. The lovely Callie Rhodes picks a winner by pointing to a random butterfly....this is chaos theory at it's best!
A heartfelt thanks to everyone who participated in this contest. With your donations, I raised $2000 for Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, offering a custom designed silver bracelet to the random drawing winner.
Research from LLS has helped thousands in their struggle against blood cancers. Among them is my longtime friend, Matt. He won a tough battle with cancer in 2002, and has gone on to become an inspiring person, athlete, husband and father. I am blessed to call him my friend (and brother). He and his wife Claire were gracious enough to have their 1 year old daughter, Callie, select the winner of first prize. Such sweetness!
